Salt Creek Therapy Center serves you from two locations.
The first location is at 999 Oakmont Plaza Drive, Suite 100 in Westmont IL, and is located between HWY 83 and Pasquinelli Drive just south of Pappadeux Restaurant.
The Second office is located at 1755 Park Street in Naperville, IL.
